How is Our Custom Jewellery Created?
Creating custom jewelry is a rewarding process that blends your ideas with expert craftsmanship. Here’s a simple breakdown:
Preparing Before Consultation: Provide a detailed drawing or photographs of your design you wish to create. Share with us important details such as: Precious metal material, gemstones, finger size, and timeline.
Consultation: Appointments are held in our office or virtually. Start with a meeting where you share your preferences, budget, and ideas. Different stone options and price points can be explored. Rough sketches of designs can be drawn to help you visualize your creation. After the projects details are confirmed a final review of cost and timeline can be determined. Once agreed on a 50% deposit will be charged.
Design Creation: Our design team creates digital renders based on your input. You review and suggest any changes until the design is perfect. Each design is entitled to 3 free changes. Additional changes for minor modifications $50.00 each. Full redesign $250.00 (Classified as a major change. Starting from scratch.) Applicable taxes apply.
3D Modelling: A physical 3D model is produced to give you an in hand realistic preview of your design and its proportions. 3D models can be shipped for an additional cost.
Finalize Material Selection: Finalize your precious metal and gemstones. Finalize details like stone colour, quality and metal type. Once this step is passed the design cannot change any further.
Casting and Fabrication: Production starts, the jewelry is crafted using casting or handcrafting techniques.
Stone Setting and Finishing: Gemstones are set, and the piece is polished. Additional details like engraving can be added. Starting at $85.00 plus applicable taxes.
Final Quality Check: The product will have one last final quality check to make sure no details were missed and the design is exactly the way it was intended. Once approved, we are ready for shipping or pickup.
Aftercare: We provide care instructions and offer repair services if needed. Even for out of country customers.

Appointment Fee: $50.00 plus applicable taxes.
Sourcing unique gemstones: See before you buy $100.00 plus applicable taxes. For virtual appointments high quality videos can be shared for your viewing.
Deposit structure: 50% of estimated ring cost upon consultation completion. Any additional charges with the design will be added before projects completion. Final payment collected before shipment or at pickup.
