Creating custom jewellery is a collaborative process that brings your ideas to life through expert craftsmanship. Here’s how it works:

1. Before Your Consultation

Send us a detailed drawing or photos of the design you want. Include:

• Preferred metal

• Gemstones

• Finger size

• Timeline

• Budget

2. Consultation

Meet with us in person or virtually. During this appointment, we’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and budget.

• We can review different stones and price options.

• Rough sketches can be made to help you visualize the design.

• Once details, cost, and timeline are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required.

3. Design Creation

Our team creates digital renderings based on your input.

• You can request up to 3 free revisions.

• Minor additional changes: $50 each

• Full redesign: $250 (major change)
  Taxes apply.

4. 3D Modelling

We produce a 3D printed model so you can see the design and its proportions.

• Models can be shipped for an extra fee.

5. Final Material Selection

Choose your metal and gemstones, including colour and quality.
No design changes can be made after this step.

6. Casting & Fabrication

Your piece is created through casting or handcrafting techniques.

7. Stone Setting & Finishing

Gemstones are set, and the jewellery is polished.

• Engraving starts at $85 + taxes.

8. Final Quality Check

We carefully inspect your piece to ensure it matches the approved design. Once complete, it’s ready for shipping or pickup.

9. Aftercare

We provide care instructions and offer repair services, including for international clients.

Timeline: Varies depending on the project and gemstone sourcing.
Appointment Fee: $50 + taxes
Unique Gemstone Sourcing: $100 + taxes (includes video previews for virtual clients)
Deposit: 50% upfront; remaining balance due before shipping or pickup.
