Disclaimer: Products listed on our website are showcased as digital renders and may vary slightly in quality and colour on each example. MICAH JAKOB brand focuses on higher quality gems which can be harder to source due to limited availability. 

Shipping: Shipping by Fedex only. Signature required.

Cancelations: If an order is placed and is suspected to be fraudulent, MICAH JAKOB reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund without prior notice.

All deposits paid to MICAH JAKOB for custom jewellery orders are non-refundable.

If a custom project does not proceed within one (1) year from the date the deposit is received, MICAH JAKOB reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.

Additionally, MICAH JAKOB reserves the right to adjust custom jewellery pricing to reflect current material and production costs should the project resume at a later date.
